I'm there for milon circuit training. Two super friendly coaches answer all your questions and show you everything. Young and old train here. It's really fun.

I've been there since 2020, initially just to get fit and lose weight. Then, during my cancer treatment, I was fully cared for and supported by the rehabilitation team. Exercise during treatment strengthens me, helps prevent fatigue, and helps me gain energy. Carina also scheduled lymphatic drainage and manual therapy appointments for me. It's incredibly supportive to receive such professional and humane care, especially during such a difficult time. THANK YOU

A clear recommendation for the Milon Circuit and trainer Julia I've been participating in the Milon Circuit for months and I'm thrilled. The concept makes strength training easy. You don't have to make any changes yourself, create any training plans, and in just a few minutes you've worked through the largest muscle groups. My trainer Julia takes her time, provides dedicated and supportive guidance, and answers all questions and offers helpful tips. I would recommend training in the Milon Circuit to everyone, and older adults in particular can benefit from the guided and gentle strength training!

Very friendly, competent physiotherapists. After an accident, I was back in great shape within a year. Many exercises were explained to me in detail for home use. Excellent. Afterward, I started the Milon circuit. Very good explanations and support. Highly recommended.

Whether you're here for physiotherapy or just a massage, the staff, including the owner, always have time, are always nice, and always friendly. The Milon circuit and the other training rooms are also highly recommended for back pain patients. Two herniated discs and almost two years completely pain-free! Thank you all so much! 👍
